The mission of the ITService Center is to continuously improve the quality of support and service provided by ITS and maximize the efficiency of the Chancellor's Office by effectively managing problems and providing timely resolutions to problems and requests for service.
The ITService Center goals are to increase customer satisfaction, first contact resolution, tracking accuracy, visibility to problems, root cause analysis, and customer statistics.
