Application - Problem Ticket Summary for September 2008

  • The total volume of CMS Applications related problem tickets decreased 4% in September.  The 12 month average also decreased slightly, by 2%.
  • The volume of FIS tickets increased 5%, HR tickets increased 1%, and SA ticket volume decreased 7% in September. 
  • Problem tickets escalated to PeopleSoft increased to 33% of the total problem ticket volume. 
  • There were 3 Urgent tickets ending out September.
    No Priority tickets.
    High priority tickets remained constant.
    Medium priority tickets decreased 5%.
    Low priority tickets decreased 2.5%.
  • The percentage of resolved tickets decreased to 20% of the total problem ticket volume in September.
