Application - Problem Ticket Summary for September 2009

  • The total volume of CMS Applications related problem tickets increased 2.5% in September, however, the 12 month average decreased another 1%.
  • The volume of FIS tickets decreased 17%, HR tickets increased 6%, and SA ticket volume increased 5% in September.
  • Problem tickets escalated to PeopleSoft remained constant at 39% of the total problem ticket volume.
  • There were no Urgent tickets ending out September.
    There were no Priority ticket ending out September.
    High priority tickets increased by 23%.
    Medium priority tickets decreased 3%.
    Low priority tickets increased 7%.
  • The percentage of resolved tickets decreased to 16% of the total problem ticket volume in September.
