Upgrade Services

The mission of CMS Central Upgrade Services is to facilitate successful and timely upgrades within the CSU. Members of the upgrade services team schedule, coordinate and support campuses during upgrades and work closely to support pilot campuses that participate in baseline upgrades. The Upgrade Support Model and Upgrade Support Success Criteria provided the initial charter for the establishment of these services, and in 2008, additional refinements were identified and published as a Conceptual Upgrade Approach for future upgrades.
