Upgrade Planning Advisory Group

The UPAG arose from the need to revise the HCM approach to the upgrade process in order to make it more timely, efficient and effective for both the campuses and CMS Central. The committee composed of representatives from the HUG, the SAUG, the CD and CMS Central. While the committee’s focus was on the HCM 9.0 upgrade, the expectation is that the strategy can be used to guide future upgrades.
