ITS Common Management Systems
The mission of the Common Management Systems (CMS) is to provide efficient, effective and high quality service to the students, faculty and staff of the 23-campus California State University System (CSU) and the Office of the Chancellor.
Utilizing a best practices approach, CMS supports human resources, financials and student services administration functions with a common suite of Oracle Enterprise applications in a shared data center, with a supported data warehouse infrastructure.

Software Operations and Support Services (SOSS)
Locate CMS contact information, learn about the CMS Project, or join the CMS team! Rosters for campus liaisons and implementation partners are also included.
Obtain documentation for the Finance, Human Resources, Campus Solutions and Data Warehouse applications that comprise the CMS Baseline.
Obtain information on systemwide initiatives being conducted in conjunction with the CMS project and learn about additional upgrade and PMO service offerings.
Campus Project Management Tools
Visit the one-stop shop for CMS planning assistance. Included are project roadmaps, upgrade schedules, project plans, scope and modifications for each application.
Locate agendas, meeting summaries and shared documents for systemwide CMS user groups and teams.
Browse workshops and access information bulletins for key project communications. Link to training courses offered by Oracle and review campus charge-backs.
Operations and Support Services (OSS)
Obtain operational and technical support for systemwide initiatives, including but not limited to the CMS project. CMS-related services include the ITService Center, Data Center Operations, Technical Services, and Security.
